This arvo we had been back from the coast for a couple of hours then the missus went down the shops . When she got back our dog was going nuts at the prado sniffing about and getting all exited exactly the same as has before when I've seen him sniff out snakes. I know it seems a bit early for them to be out but it's been fairly warm in brissie and I know when he's onto something. If my missus makes It up to bob Jane tomorrow it could give the workers a bit of a surprise as I'm getting new tyres. Is anyone experienced in snake charming?

About 5 - 6 years ago I had a cat ( kitten ) under the bonnet. Got in the Prado early on a Sunday morning to go and get the papers. Drove about 2 klms to the local newsagent and heard a noise under the bonnet when I stopped. A cat had got under the bonnet and had wrapped it's self around the air filter. It was'nt injured but it was happy to get out ( BIG eyes ). I took it back home and let it loose in case it was a local.

Reminds me of the time I had to remove a "recently deceased" 6 foot black snake from the toilet/laundry outside at my Mother in laws farm. She and my wife were outside crapping themselves so I wrapped a bit of wire round its head and came bolting out of the toilet/laundry straight between them wagging this 6 foot black snake behind me on the ground. Looked like it was chasing me and they both nearly cleared 10 foot off the ground in opposite directions screaming and running.
Hahaha one up for Husband vs Mother in law.Comment

Not in the car but in the yard. Our dog Humphrey decided to play with a red bellied black today & when I was down cleaning mud off the engine bay my wife came down yelling that he has got a snake . Any way after a couple of hours watching him for symptoms I don't know how he hasn,t been bitten cause he was dancing above it barking as the snake was up ready to strike but already injured. So im glad we,re at home tonight instead of the animal emergency.
