Has any one pulled apart their Waeco CF-50 Compressor Fridge and implanted a 240V to 12V power supply...
The external power pack is messy and just something else to pack or forget and lose when not used...
It does come in handy though for powering up the little 12V Air matress blower when extra guests need a bed to sleep on.
The newer CF-50AC has the 240v to 12v power supply built in.
I have asked Waeco if I could take the new model bits and retrofit them to the older model. Of course they said no...and you'll have to buy a new Fridge !
