We went to George's Crossing on the old Armidale to Kempsey road for a wet Friday and Saturday but wonderful Sunday.

Long drive from Home about 600 km.

That's a great spot, we camped there over new years. Father in law grew up on a farm just up Georges Creek from there..

Took the young family up to Lake Mulwala, stayed in a caravan park as they aren't up for bush camping yet, hopefully one day soon they will forego the amenities block and games room....
