G'day all. Been pretty quite over the last 18 months or so. I still have my Prado, it's been the wife's daily drive for a few years, I've been driving a lease Calais to work and back. Recently after hitting two or three Roos, it's time to swap cars for the next year or so, until I get a more suitable lease car. Personally i have changed my life quite a lot, with my weight hitting 160plus kg I decided I needed to stop and invest a few years into saving my own life. So far, 75 weeks into my fight I am 56kg down (lost fat) and 12kg (new muscle) up. I'm working out 6 to 7 days a week and eating very clean. It hasn't been easy, taken a lot of time and pain. Just hit 3600 km of cardio workouts and I lift nearly every day of the week. So I am still about, still keen on my Prado and four wheel driving lifestyle. My truck is going strong and I have many more plans for its future.

Since you've been away, I've joined!
Wow, great effort! I understand through experience/2 how hard it is to do what you've done, and you've blown my numbers out of the water!
You make me feel guilty. 2015 was my lazy year. I'll get back on it... Tomorrow... (Hawhaw)
I just need to clean up the diet and start being more proactive/consistent.
If I can give you any advice, and I know its harder said than done, and you're obviously experienced enough now that you know it too: don't stop being consistent. Once you stop for three or five days, the excuses become far easier. I thought I was on a lifetime endevour... Then hit some rough patches/easy exits to gym about a year ago and then I've been far too sporadic in my workouts and gained I'd assume 15kgs in the past year (a factor of food intake not changing and eating more crap, while exercise level has evaporated).
Still, I married an awesome lady a few months ago, so its not all bad!Last edited by Nik83; 07-02-2016, 09:16 PM.
