all the ARB kit fitted to my trucks generally take some time to be booked in and fitted, however, the quality of the products and install job is always well worth it in my experience. I'm in the eastern suburbs and have taken my trucks out to Penrith ARB and will continue to do so

While I don't agree with your view of ECB bars that is a personal decision. Keeping stock for people who want it now only drives up prices for everyone to cover storage and inventory costs. Disappointing to wait and even more so to have that date slip but sometimes stuff happens. My 150 build - http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread.php?27423-A-Random-approach-to-a-Bluestorm-150-GXL-D4D-automatic

Thanks everyone for the input & comments. David from ARB looked into the issue & came back saying "we have no control over the flow of bull bars to stores, so you'll need to deal directly with Moorebank to see if they can shuffle things around for you."
I thought that working for ARB & taking on issues from FB would mean he would be able to assist with issues, but it looks like ARB is very disjointed.
My guys have chased up Moorebank & they are now hopefull of getting it by next Thurs & installing it on Fri so we can leave on the weekend. Will just have to wait & see if it all works out.

I've used them twice and 2 different stores. First one was when I had my 90 series Prado. Had a 2 inch lift installed. No problems except when I got home had grease and shit every from boot being damaged (looked like it had been jabbed with a screw driver or some thing) so took it back no issues we'll fix it, pick it up get home to find they glued the cv boot with quick grip (WTF) sort of workmanship is that. Took it back again and asked for a genuine boot put on which they did. Never been back. 2nd Prado different store wanted lift, snorkel, bar etc. snorkel wasn't even connected under guard lucky I heard it rattling. No paint around the hole saw hole, yay rust waiting to happen including all the metal files left in the bottom of guard. Used the bash plate as a jacking point which pushed up onto the sump. They replaced required parts I removed the snorkel and fixed myself (photos as proof). Never been back. 3rd Prado took to another different supplier (not Arb) cracked weather shield (replaced but questioning my integrity), camber out of wack, then caught on dash cam doing 100k in back street (50k zone) doing 70 k in 10z car park, launching off speed humps thrashing the arse out of it. Took a copy of video back to store. All I got was a sorry didn't realise a I said funny because go to the next scene your telling him not to flog the cars but having a giggle at the same time. My mates dad took his 100k plus VX 200 series to one of the stores I went to, screwed the front bumper bar cutting it out when they fitted up the bullbar and tried hiding it. I've had my snorkel sitting in my shed for 3 years for Prado I have now cause I don't trust any of these so called experts to fit it properly and with out any issues. Guess my next one will be left stock standardFace lift 150 Prado V6 auto. No mods yet

As a consumer we may be disappointed with their supply to us, but as Tony Brown sold ARB years ago for $$$ to shareholders - they all happy with the return they getting (sorry just the accountant coming out of me) at the moment

No this ain't a ARB bash - just got to realise they have shareholders to look after, not consumers like other ASX listed companies, it's a shareholder industry not a service industry these days, buy some CBA bank shares/ARB shares and recoup the disappoint from dividends they pay
