Hi All,
I'm thinking this is the clunky driveshaft people have referred to in the past but I just wanted to check.
I've got a 2012 Prado GX with 120,000km on it. Its been happening for a while and isn't getting any worse from what I can tell but I'm occasionally (not all the time) when I'm coming to a stop at the actual point of stopping there seems to be a bit of a clunk.
I did read somewhere some time ago it may be due to uneven brake distribution or something but just wondering if based on my fairly poor description anyone can suggest what this may be or atleast confirm its the driveshaft clunk people have mentioned previously.
I'll get under there and grease it all up at some point but assuming it is the driveshaft issue and given its out of warranty is it likely to be something that will get worse and fail or is it just a user preference thing. Doesnt really bother me just want to know if its something I should act upon or not?
Thanks
