Hello all,

quick question regarding the Grande MFD. I put one in my GXL Prado (took a while to find one, rare as hens teeth!!) and was just wondering if anyone knows how accurate they are re fuel usage and distance to empty etc.

Just curious.

Multi Function Display

My empty light comes on at 40-50 kms left on range display. (Approx 20 ltr).
I sometimes let the range get to 0. I have once gone a further 130kms and a number of times 90-100 kms before refuelling.
The 130km time it took 178 litres. ( approx 2 left). It did surge around a corner at that time so I filled straight away. ( was testing physical range).
Every car may differ. Only way to know is to drop a Jerry can onboard and test it.

V6 petrol 2006 Grande.
