Does anyone know if I can source a heavy duty radiator for my 2016 Prado Kakadu petrol 4L?

You can source anything in radiators. There is a number of suppliers around Australia who can build custom radiators.
However your issue sounds like it's more air flow or blockage from your other report thread.
There isn't a lot of reports of radiator issues with these cars. So yours is pointing to a blockage or air flow issue I would think.
I've a 4 litre v6 and spent 3 -4 hours in 45 degrees loaded up plus towing a 1.7 tonne trailer in low range. Air con was on too. Didn't have any heat issues.
I've also used it in 4wd situations in high heat environments numerous times without any issues.
I'd have your cooling system checked and make sure everything is clear of mud etc. -
Yep you were quite correct.
Blocked radiator and condensor.
$1,100 repair bill.
