What part is this- possibly from a Yaris

Off topic however, need help identifing this piece which I found on garage floor near 2009 Yaris.
Probably nothing to do with Yaris but it is 12v fitting which looks like it slides into something and then has male fittings in the white section of top view.

Top view first and under next

You might be on to something there.
My 2007 Prado D4D has the ashtray removed to fit the Tekonsha brake controller.

If anyone could check the Prado ashtray area as I gave my ashtray away so I can't see if it fits
