Had mine in at Toyota for a service. I also had the pulsating brakes and asked them to check them out and quote machining and pads.
They outsource for the machining and quoted $150 for all 4 discs and $180 for the rear pads (supply and fit). Fronts are only about 30% worn.
Unfortunately my rears were too worn and couldn't be machined. New genuine rear rotors are about $240 each or after market $120 each.
