I must admit I was a little disappointed with the lack of the need of 4x4 but a nice day out anyway. I think I will be venturing off the beaten track a bit more if I go back. The tracks seem to be a bit trickier around glasshouse from memory so might head there for a squirt next time :-)

Hi Guys I am rather new to the area (Ex Tassie) and would be interested in joining any of your trips. I live on the Gold Coast at Benowa and have a Roof Top tent and all the gear. The better half is not impressed with the camping but my bluey loves it !! Have just done the Burke and Wills route and plan on doing a run from Gold Coast to Daly River via Ayers and Alice next June. Hope to hear fron you.
