Compared to having no covers at all? Of course its affected. But having the lights covered in bugs does the same thing.

Does having blue/orange/yellow/red/pink/green colours affect light performance? Yeah.

Do I need to take them off to be able to see at night? No.

Don't be a hater wooley. Are you gonna sit there and say that every mod you make to your Prado is purely for performance, that aesthetics doesn't come into play? I don't pick on you for driving a 150...

Made a small sacrifice today so PhotoPrado can go 4wding with two spares. Enjoy the trip. I will be spending a few hours trying to find a lost locking nut chuck bit that continues to escape me......

Saved the world mate, nothing less.

PhotoPrado was waiting on a left arm for his MCC rear bar. Customs held it up and he was out of time for his trip. Basically gave him mine through Total Traction Tyres who also fitted mine so he could head off with two spares on the rear this week.

I was prepared to help Darren at TTT but with a world of conditions. When I put 2 and 2 together from PhotPrado's post it was an easy choice with basically no conditions.

So in summary, what did I do? Not much really, just gave my left arm to help a fellow PPer.

So are TTT sourcing a new left arm for you before the GTG? And did you know it was Photoprado that wanted your current (now former) arm, or did you think it was just some scum?

I didn't know when I poke to TTT, but 20 minute alter I read PhotoPrados thread and assumed it was him. Sen him a pm and he confirmed.

I was ok helping TTT without knowing the recipient but had a few caveats in doing so. When PhotoPrado confirmed it was him, the caveats no longer applied. TTT have old school values despite Darren being a jewel in the rough. He has looked after me in the past so was happy to help him.

Anyone in SA should be seeing him for MCZc rears and fronts, lifts,tyres etc. There are a number of people on PP that use his services regularly that I know of including two PP administrators that have used him in the past.

The original arm he was waiting on is being released this week so I will get it fitted up on saturday and be ready for he gtg and some recycles coming up before then.
