      Aww looks so good. Think I might have to get it done anyways and find out the effects as I got. If anyone could let us know that'd be fantastic.

        Alright . . . Wasn't the best weekend. Firstly lost my wallet on the Friday night out a the Leediville Hotel, cards and everything then Saturday morning was the day Alberts Audio were installing;
        New head unit: Clarion NX501
        Speakers front doors: 6x9 Alpine Type R's
        Speakers Rear doors: 6" Alpine Type R's
        Extra's: Alpine AMP and Reverse CAM

        They ordered and installed the wrong head unit, a NX509a. Two completely different price range head units and the one I ordered is only 3 months old where the one the put in is like 4 years old. IDIOTS. . . Argh!!! BUT wait there's more . . . Installing the reverse cam the pulled the bit off where the number plate sits and broke all the clips and decided not to say anything and the continue to do a botch job using glue to tac it back on and the only reason I noticed it was because he for got to remove the tape which was hold the thing on until the glue dried. So now I've got to go back there going to install the correct head unit and damn right ordering me some new clips and putting that back on correct. Other than that the new speakers are AWESOME!!!

        Will be finished this week sometime and will get some pics for those who would like to see.

            Had to go back several times because after installing it the forgot to hook back up the heater controls, they broke the back clips installing the reverse cam. So happy I don't have to deal with them anymore. Got a free sub out of them after all.

            What cha think?

                Went to the Alberts in Joondalup. Not sure if it happens all the time but I felt like the service was poorly handled and wouldn't go back there. They pretty much joked around about the situation and said no good complaining about it just come back in and they'll fix it but I wouldn't have had that problem if they did it RIGHT in the 1st place.

                  Hmmm.. in my experience, most car stereo places tend to do fairly average installs and are masters at covering their mistakes up...

                    Not this place, very unprofessional.

                    Next mod will be the Tracklander roof and 4x Extreme rectangle spotties by ARB and I know ARB have much better professionalism.

                      Just don't speak to AJ120 about ARB then...

                      If you want ARB gear, I would check out Central 4WD in Welshpool as well. I have always found they great to deal with and very knowledgeable.

                        Hahaha ah okay.

                        Thanks. Yeah I've got a mate who worked at ARB for 10years who helps me out and he gets pretty good prices for me. Might have to check that place you mentioned tho.

                        Cheers bro.

                          ..::new mods::..

                          Latest update to my 4WD. New Tracklander rack with 4x IPF spotties across the top and a rear workman light which come on when in reverse. Works great with the reverse cam.

                              The rear light was $243. That's with the brackets and all. The light is well recommended glad I got it.

                                Picked myself up some Lock nuts for my spotties on the roof rack. Feel a little bit more secure that no one will steal them now.
