Front and rear. They allow a plastic edge to go all the way down on the step.
This prevents the wheels to throw up the mud on the steps.

The wheel arches are cut and the new plastic is glued.

          Nice that you like them.

Maybe some of you should make a step forward to achieve just that!.
Building Arctic Trucks in Australia '.
It's great expertise in these vehicles over there with you.
Must just be someone there with you who would like to start a shop with this.
I am quite sure that the market will be there, if only your state regulations do not scuttles this'.
The biggest problem here in Norway is the elevation of cars on the springs.
The rest is nice body of work

Could be exciting to have started a project there with you.
I will be more than happy to be allowed to promoting contacts.

            Like them...................I LOVE them

Unfortunately the ridiculous laws we have in this country would never make these trucks possible.

            Its very sad

              What is the problem.
What is it specifically that is so difficult.

With us, we can just forget all about the installation of the front bumper like ARB.
We are being "shot and robbed" by the police, if vee have one, he he.
They take the registration number of the car, and It must be shown again at the road authorities with accepted specification.

Could have been a little interesting to hear a little about how the regulations are with you?

Awesome looking truck. Noticed your Spare isn't on the back door but underneath - guesing you don't have the 180L fuel capacity.

And is it just the photo's or have the guards been replaced on some of these trucks with ones that are "more flared" (if that's the right term).

                  Thank you
When I have 35 "tires on my car's original spare wheel is completely worthless.
Then you have to have one wheel on the roof, possibly mount holding back.

Extra tank, I have unfortunately not, but it's something I want.
How much does a tank in Australia cost? Complete?

Door panels and plastic parts is substantially restructured.
These parts are glued on the doors and front fenders
Wheel Arches are made larger before the parts are in place.

These plastic parts are developed by a team at Arctic Trucks in Drammen.
Much testing and testing until everything is well.

The pictures of this car belongs to a guy from Norway. Just to illustrate
They have made wheel holder themselves to their current Africa trip. clever boys

of course, hadn't really thought about trying to fit a 35 underneath.

No idea how much the second tank would be worth as mine came with it and haven't caused any damage to need to repair it.
But can't imagine that it would be that hard to fit (with the wealth of advice available on here), I can't imagine the version you've got would be that much different underneath once you remove the spare.

Maybe there is someone on here that would know.

Here is a picture of my car and how it looks below.
Spare wheel and mounting of this. This may have to be cut off when installing extra fuel tank.
Will try to search a bit on the forum regarding the extra fuel tank.

The exhaust system must be rebuilt also, I believe?

With good looking flares from Iceland and a very professional job on the body, I don't see why a 33-35" job wouldn't be possible here. Definitely not above 35" though.

I wonder how the drive trains of these vehicles handle 35".

We also have a process where if caught with roadworthy modifications, we'll get a fine from the police, have to keep the vehicle off the road, then need to repair the issues, and have a full inspection performed.

Bull bars are okay here as long as nothing dangerous is protruding (ie, fishing rod holders). Occasionally people make a big fuss about the danger of them on pedestrians, and they try to ban them, but thankfully this hasn't happened yet. We do need these bars when traveling the country due to the dangers of wildlife crossing our roads.

We cannot exceed 35" tyres on any 4x4 here. Some Patrols do run around here with 36's but it's not legal.

I have a road legal Prado with 33's. 35's would be quite difficult to have passed here due to the height and unusual mods that are required. Unusual = I don't think our engineers here are used to seeing massive Prado's so they're reluctant to put their name on the line. Most big 4x4's are solid axle Patrols, Wranglers and 80s Landcruisers. Anyway, 35's might be possible, at least here in NSW, but not for long... (new rules approaching)

Offset on the wheels are extreme -52. The reconstruction of Arctic Trucks retained all warranties with Toyota.
35 "conversion does not require reinforcement of the suspension on the car, although this certainly makes sense to upgrade.

When a vehicle is raised, the handling changed. An increase in track width will make the car more stable. Therefore, a modification to Arctic Trucks, as they do, to recommend.
In that sense one would think that this was sensible arguments in Australia too?

Just noticed your towbar is different to the ones we get as well, ours are a cast metal unit which bolts on further up, maybe yours is part of the artic truck conversion to maintain a lower tow hitch level?
