What did you do with your time when Pradopoint died ???

After reading about the stresses involved, on a weekend without Pradopoint, it sounded like some good group therapy to see how fellow pointers spent their free time.

I spent Saturday making a lawn and garden. :lol: :lol:

Sunday I took the Prado for a play in some sand. 8)

I spent the weekend troubleshooting my computers and networks thinking there was something wrong with them... the thought of Pradopoint dying never entered my mind.

In fact, I shudder when I contemplate it...

But seriously folks, best part of the weekend was trawling through an accessories mag, making up my latest list of "needs".

This is what I came up with:
- Dual batts
- Suspension upgrade
- Drawers
- Shower

Actually I was starting to have nightmares that PP would be gone for good and I would not have access to Mcbains step by step guide to ripping the dash apart. :lol:

My GPS unit will be here tomorrow and I have to install it with the help of that guide. :wink:

He is really starting to do well, he is putting on weight and although we have some small hurdles left yet I think he will be okay. Thanks for asking.

I have an eye infection at the moment so was stuck indoors all weekend. Thought that was OK, I can waste some hours on the laptop. Visited all my "favourites" with a click on Pradopoint between sites just to make sure! Talked about bored sh*tless!

Did manage to do a few hours "research" on camper trailers. :?

* braved the shops for Christmas shopping which was a failure
* went wondering around the shopping center car park looking for 4wd's with bull bars to see if any of them had the black paint to stop reflections seeing as i could ask the learned members of this forum (that ones fun at Christmas time, the number of cars that tail you waiting to see if your walking to car to leave is amazing)
* mowed the lawn, well part of it until i ran out of bin space
* sprayed poison all over the place to try kill off some weeds! then it rained, so I'm waiting to see how much runoff there was and how many casualties there will be in the garden
* went shopping for a rainwater tank so i could wash the car but couldn't find one that was a decent price.
* clicked the refresh button on IE and retyped the URL about a hundred times to make sure it wasn't my end. even tried on my phone!
* tried to chip the paint away that some clown put on my car
* and got a little worried that PP wasn't coming back so bought pradopoint.net as a backup... hoping to never have to use it! that ones a little scary now that i think about it... my wife thinks i need help.
