Used a recipe from the 4WD Action forum to make MarsBar & Marshmallow damper, and it was a real treat.

From budgie's post:
did up my normal damper mixture but instead of using beer in it I used half milk half water (I do my damper with Self Raising Flour, pinch of salt, knob of butter and a can of cold beer).
I rolled it out about 10mm thick and then added sliced Mars Bars (X2 large ones) mini Marshmallows, desicated coconut and then folded it half like a calzone.
I pinched the edges so the filling wouldn't come out and then cooked like a normal damper in the camp oven on the coals.
When it was cooked I let in cool slightly and then seved it with ice cream.
It was a spin on an old favourite and you don't need to add anything to it.
The kids loved it and even us adults enjoyed it.
For the Damper I used: 2 cups SR flour, 300mL milk, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 egg (I forgot to add butter).
