if you watch the vid at 00.30 you can see the truck driver run from the truck and he has shorts on and a light coloured t-shirt on!
At 00.56 you see the same guy guiding a truck to back away from the burning truck!
I presume the guy in the jeans on his mobile is the the owner of the vehicle that was stopped next to the burning truck!
ALSO!.. if you watch the bus (far left lane 00.09) it actually cuts across 3 x lanes then directly into the path of the speeding truck that is carrying "Obviously" gas (likely to be propane bottles - Bright orange) and there is no time for the speeding truck to stop! .... BANG!!!!
The gas truck was already heavy on his brakes just after he passed the car-cam but because the bus cut straight across the three lanes from the left the collision was un-avoidable!
Both the speeding truck and reckless bus driver are both just as much to blame i figure!!
That's the way i see it anyway!
