Hmmmmm.......... Not a lot to go on, however judging by the "stobie pole" and the rainwater tank I am thinking South Oz. The light is on and the building looks to be in good nick, not in ruins anyway, so I am thinking not too far from civilisation. Probably mid North or Flinders area?
A daylight picture might have been easier, also interested in what the concrete structure near the tracks is.

The building is pretty much stuffed, but yea, it's not an ancient ruin. Power is on too. Flinders is correct.

Actually, I'm not sure what it is. Perhaps it's a loading ramp. Anyway, daylight picture:
I concur with Dennis, coal train from Liegh Creek, heading to Port Augusta Power station. I might add that they are bloody noisy when they go by, and very loooong.
