Thought i'd gone mad....grew up in the Alice and flipped though some photos to jog the memory then it looked as if i'd gotten it all confused.

Yes its just near Troubridge Point light house.

The pics are taken on the wave cut platform which is only accessible over summer at low tide, and only for a couple of hours as you have to walk around a point (in the 1st pic below) to get there and it gets very rough and deep when the tide comes in.

awwww...gee, it was just a guess....a bit of observation and a bit of deduction. never been there, but flown over it about a 100 times......bloody business trips....always used to stop at Adelaide to break up the flight from perth to East Coast cities. Fortunately don't do that anymore.

Looking at your farm pic....I guess you are near Edithburgh from those windmills.....Wattle point near Sheoak beach Drive......source of controversy about aboriginal sites and remains???
