It is Albany, you're just a couple of km's around the coast. Taylors inlet, Albany. Lovingly nicknamed 'donut beach' (yes I had to do them in reverse in the Magna
Yeah it's not exactly a high volume tourist area. But it is a tourist spot and campsite. Not Goldfields. It is the WA wheatbelt. Or near the edge of it. Well known wildflower area. It is near a remnant stand of trees that you wouldn't usually find in the area. That rock outcrop is a very prominent feature there.

Well I went and gave out too many clues didn't I? Well done JohnV. It is indeed near Perenjori. Bonus points if you can name the actual site. Otherwise it's your turn to put up a photo.

Can't quite recall what it is called but think it is something like Salmon Gums???? Another great spot near Perenjori to the North East is Boiada Hill. It is the old shearing sheds for Lochada station - now abandoned. Great in the wild flower season for an overnighter. Showers, toilets all still work. Great area for exploring.
I think you gave it away by not renaming the picture.
Is it Strahan in TASMANIA...
