We used to conduct army exercises there back in the 70s. Nobody gave a toss about where we shot or blew stuff up, as long as we repaired the numerous fences that would get run over by the APCs.

Zowie starts 29th April so will probably leave Anzac weekend or just after...
Got a whole house to pack before hand as well as driving out there over the Easter School holidays (Zo is working for 2 weeks for the RFDS before starting the 12 month contract with QH)
I'll see if we can rustle up a Steak night before I go
