I never use my personal credit card, it's just there for emergencies. You know the sort of emergency, like when you're at the camping and caravan show and you see a nice winch or a quad bike. Those sort of emergencies.

The deletion of a thread.
I have written to admins and if it don't go back up the fat lady has sung, lights out and all over.
Please note this is not a threat. It is me explaining why I am pissed and why I will do (or did) what I did.
The verbal and virtual friendships from this forum have been fantastic and thank you. To anybody and everybody I have upset I sincerely apologise, its not really my nature to deliberately offend anyone, but I know I do.
To those people I have been fortunate enough to actually meet, thank you for that opportunity too. The 2012 GTG was an amazing time shared with bloody good people.
Anyway, soppy shit over, if the volunteers that have the unfortunate task of trying to keep order on this forum can't realise they have impinged upon my rights as a forum member (and a paid one at that) then I have nothing binding me to uphold the rules of this forum and will delete the few posts I have contributed (or annoyed people with). If my access to do so is impinged this position will escalate. I have also extrnded the opportunity to them to explain what I have done wrong by the rules that gave rise to the thread being deleted.
To all the great members of this forum, don't take it personally, but I'm a little pissed off. I see what happened as a breach of contract and that can be rectified in a number of ways, including me deleting the balance of my posts. It must cut both ways...
I look forward to the thread being reinstated, even if its locked (as is acceptable under the rules), Otherwise the very best to everyone and may life be an exciting and wonderful journey.

Rob, I think the Moderators made it pretty clear here http://www.pradopoint.com/showthread...l=1#post426349 That ANY post referring to the now unmentionable P word would be deleted without question.
Now I was fortunate enough to be away in the bush when this P thing hit and missed most of it, however on the occasions I was able to access the net and get my PP fix I was astounded at how a few members had basically taken over the forum and IMO were ruining it with their constant crap about P........
I for one back the Moderators in their descision to delete the thread in question, warning was given.
Its the old story, you can't please all of the people all of the time, if they let it go many members like myself would have considered walking away due to the forum not offering what we desire.

As you know, I am as honest and open as they come. I will add the following:
1. I was not aware of Matt's post. Matt is a very good friend, AMTS who I believe took down my thread is a friend and gentleman.
2. I gave them both a serve along the lines I said above because I thought what happened was wrong.
3. Matt has explained the only one thread issue and why AMTS took it down. For the record, they did this because I threatened serious action, not because they are mates.
4. The mods have been true to there word to the possum huggers, I don't agree with the concept of removing ANY thread. I respect that they did because that was their decision for the betterment of the Prado Point community so well done.
5. I find it shameful that anyone implies any mod has put friends before responsibilities to this forum. THEY HAVE NOT. In fact it has been quite the opposite which makes me feel warm and fuzzy that they acted with integrity.
8. I won't be deleting posts but frankly think its time I move on and annoy some other poor bastards.
9. I don't think the KLC members should not exist, in fact they should, shit knows I've been accused of being in a clicky group. Equally though, I thought the thread I created would create a balance, but that was before i was aware of the one thread situation.
10. Finally, it goes without saying that I was taking the pi$$ out of the ferret alternative boys big time, but I never attacked any member personally. Each to their own and I hope this forum gives each member including each KLC member as much enjoyment as I have got out of it in the past.
If anyone wants to contact me just pm and I will check from time to time.
Regards

I had the same issue today, looking for my iPhone! Turns out I was talking on it (well on hold) and thought I was on my desk cordless phone... I actually walked out with the phone on my ear and asked my guys if they had seen it in their travels as I needed to add an appointment. I must have been on drugs, the look on their faces was priceless.-----------------------

True Craig, all done and dusted now. New house contract is a done deal and the old (freshly painted) house will become a rental.
That reminds me, paint brushes tick me off as well - actually any paint related product!-----------------------

Edit: Thanks for the negative rep, you gutless wonder. Why don't you PM or quote me if you have something to say?
Here is your comment for all to see:
"MLC was one that took exception to the possum thing, it's why he is leaving."
Actually, according to MLC, he took exception to his thread being deleted and that's why he is leaving:
