How about we spend more energy on Australia Day than American holidays. I agree its for fun but why adopt an American concept. Maybe we can have Marsupial Night when the kids dress up as kangaroos, koalas etc.

Went to a popular 4x4 store in Darwin today and it wasn't ARB or Opposite Lock and the conversation turned to diff lockers. I said some auto lockers cannot be put in the rear of a Prado manual transmission being an AWD vehicle. The sales rep stated that the Prado is not an AWD vehicle, it's 2WD like a Hilux. I said no, power is transmitted to all 4 wheels at a ratio of 60% to the rear and 40% to the front. I was told that was incorrect and that the Prado was not like an 80 series.

I said we will have to agree to disagree. When I got home I googled the relevant facts and emailed the store in question and await their response if any...
