The joys of getting older :-) I'll be off the floor and into the office for the time so it will be a chance to learn some new stuff and sit out the heat in aircon. I'd rather have both knees out than the loss of a arm. But s#%t happens just have to make the most of the hand (no pun intended) were delt.

Bugger about that should be sick leave?? Yea one saving grace is they have said I can use my annual leave, and since we do a 7/7 roster one week from my book is three weeks off, so works out well. I had a motorcycle accident in jan which put me off work for six weeks which chewed most of my sick leave. If they made me use just sick leave I would have been buggered a week ago

It's in their best interests to train us up in other areas as we can full rolls when people are away. Yea it's a smart thing as a business to do Wayne, It would be good it they did it for us, but they arnt overly keen on seeing operators doing admin jobs...... I remember from my army days even if you were busted there was always a things you could do.
