yeh . all things being equal backing a trailer down a dune is no easy feat and it is great practice for coffee pouring . mal
I'm hearing you Mal. Then add the walk of shame on the chicken track and ones reputatiion is pretty much screwed...... Lucky I didn't have a reputation to start with, that way I didn't have to fall too far

Unfortunately I was flat out yesterday and will be today so tonight will attempt to upload some photos and commentary. Thanks Andrew for leading (sometimes not from the front) -I also would like to head back to Big Desert as there looks to be some good tracks to check-out.
Cheers
Micheal.
2008 GXL D4D Auto. GOING... GOING... GONE
2015 GXL 1GD Auto. And it begins again...
Micheal how funny is that add? what could possibly go wrong giving infants coke? The benefits are endless!
I am going to the local 4x4 shop tomorrow to book in the new suspension so I don't have such a saggy front end...
That would be Gunnels, as well as the rear bar, 2 LED light bars, sweet as rims.... his car was about to get stripped on the Sat night while he was asleep... the jealousy was high around the campfire that's for sure!
Gunnell needs to do a rig build, As you said Hibbo lots of goodies onboard that rig.
Yep.....I have a Prado just like you Bugger Bali, get out and see Australia before we sell it all to China My Rig BuildTowing Camprite TL8s (if ya wanna look PM me)
Mal I'd suggest you sell the rights to this third photo to Track, perhaps you'll need to pay off the photographer first though - great shot Andrew.
The perfect label for that money shot is "go hard or go home!"
Mal should send it to EMG for there caravan and camping mag

Gunnels rear bar looks the goods! Is that a Petrol Prado? Just wondering why he'd be carrying two jerry cans for a weekend trip? There can be no other reason.... Sapradogxl definitely needs one of those rear bars as he continually holds up us Diesels when he has to stop and fill up at every second country town...
Great pics and write up guys! I'm heading there next week, can't wait!
So the mud is all at the southern end of the track? Did everyone make it through ok? Hope it hasn't dried out by the time I get there
What were the best camp sites?
Cheers, Ben
