Mal56 I wish I could come ......I was there with 2 other cars and 2 bikes back in Sept 09 ......fantastic mate !
I don't know if you've been there before but be very careful when cresting the dunes as the track will swing left or right over the crest . Make lots of noise on UHF ch10 to announce your presence as it's not nice to meet an on coming vehicle at the crest of the dune ! Enjoy the trip....I wish !

Great trip, went through about 20 July last year, was closed until the day before we arrived at Dalhousie, talk about luck of the irish(and I am not even irish!!).
