Heheh aha....... Yeah well I'm not panning on doing anything too hard, after the the write up I posted and your confirmation (thank you), I won't be doing that beach driving this trip at least - need to look at it sometime.
I will discuss with my recovery vehicle once I meet up with them, but I'd like to check out some tracks near Hobart,
1. Jefferys Track - Medium
2. Wellington Park Fire Trails - Medium/Hard
Hopefully the tracks are good fun and views should be great too.

Although I'd love to check out Balfour and sandy cape/aurthur river also some tracks around strahan, we just don't have the time. I think most of the area we will check out will be n/e corner: peron dunes/ st Helen's to St. Albans bay around there, just have to c how we go make it up as we go...... Depends how many days I have recovery vehicles lol.......

Peron Dunes will not take to long at all really. Good spot to have a play. On and off the beach the same way.
Can suggest a few tracks in the N/E corner that can be done alone if set up right and quite happy to play tour guide once you know what you are up to.

If you wanted to do some sand driving the drive along St. Albans Bay near Bridport is quite nice and a bit of fun (it was earlier this year) and you could even stay at Bridport till the morning of going on the boat then drive to Devonport easily.

Hi, sat 2nd of march sounds good. I/we will take you up on that :-).
Was planning to do Bellingham to bridport maybe on our first day, then look around the n/e plenty of tracks and area to explore.
It all depends on what others want to do, if you have a intended route planned, for the Saturday, perhaps p.m that, I will try to leave it for that day. If you include your mobile number, I Will give you a call, about we'd, Thursday, definitely by Friday to organise where to meet based on what you have planned and where we are then.
I was at a friends last night for 4 hours getting info - ( he just came over from tas and will be back there soon.)

nice trip. I went to my local 4wd club meet last night and they also have planned trip to Tasi over Easter. Problem with the Easter trip is the crowds, although dont imagine the crowds like they are here in Victoria.
