We can not wait to leave this weekend and this is really only a rough plan (everyone needs a plan!!) and hoping I don't leave anything behind.

Any advice on things you think we must see that would be great as its our first time out in this part of Aus.

Sounds like a great plan, have a good time hey.
You will be able to give us the udate, some info for our trip, leaving just after you get back.

Probably do not need two days in Maree. If you are going to fly over Lake Eyre, do it from William Creek and spend two days there.

We did the Oodnadatta a few years back now & covered a lot of the sights you have named, did the chopper flight over Kings Canyon + Camel rides n Burgers near Ayres Rock, covered 6,000ks in 2 weeks.
Looking forward to the report/pix

Thanks K & M. The 2 days in Maree are for us to meet up with friends. They are coming in from a different direction and we have both planned to be there on the first night in Maree but left 2 nights just to make sure we catchup. I am hoping to do a flight and thanks for the heads up about William Creek if we do catchup on the first night we will move on then. I really do appreciate the suggestions.



And #### I paid the Total Care last week. I hope we don't have to use it.

No worries at all. We are not taking a Sat phone but ill send you my mobile via PM. Just weighed the car and camper on the way to work and it came to 3.4 tonne. Hmm maybe I need to drop some weight from somewhere.
