To be honest, it couldn't have happened at a better time as I had already lined up the work truck for a month to begin rebuilding the front end and throw in a few modifications.
As to how it happened? I hit the wrong line, too hard. :embarrassed:
As frustrating as it is to damage my car, I'm glad it wasn't something so serious that I couldn't get home.
Thanks for organising the day glen. Saxon and I had a great night camping up there.

Thanks all mates for the great day. Sorry did not come online sooner. It was wonderful when you got stuck and friends around to help you out.
@ Flashover: nice photos mate, thanks for that.
Thanks Glen for that nice day, you make a great distribution to the forum.
I got home without any problem, and the car still drives great overall and amazingly I can't replicate the same issue in normal driving condition. It starts spot on any time even if in the cold morning. However, definitely will check it soon when i have free time this week.James

I'm hoping to cruise up there this Sunday, but I will be taking it easy. New vehicle and my partner has never done any of this off roading stuff, so I don't want to freak her out.... yet....glen_ep - engineered, 4" lift, 33" 255/85R16, lockers, 4.88 ratios www.pradopoint.com.au/showthread.php?17237 www.youtube.com/user/glenep www.fb.com/groups/ToyotaPrado90
