Tracks around Darwin.

Im finding it hard to get good 4wd drive tracks up here. Coming from Vic I was spoiled.
Does anyone no of and challenging tracks up here.
Im setting a 4wd drive day trip and bringing some newbies as passenger's and would like to show them why we all love 4wding so much.

Pauly, Mate not sure on where you have gone.
But for a good scenic drive the Blithe homestead & surprise falls track out of the bottom of Litchfield is not to bad. You can stop and lunch at the falls and have a swim then keep heading out the back then return to Darwin via Adelaide river & maybe drop in to the 303 bar?
On a side note are you in Darwin for a while? If so have you considered joining the Toyota Landcruiser Club? The 4wd clubs of the NT have a memorandum of understanding that allows the club to go in to restricted areas of national parks. Some of these tracks are quit a challenge as they have not been used or maintained for years.

Ive asked a couple of people. Gunn point and litchfield is what I was told were good.
I have tried both of them out.Not really good in my eyes.
I havent heard of the other few places u mentioned. Only been in Darwin this year.
And im going to look into the club u mentioned.

Have you tried out back of Adelaide River around the back of Robin Falls, some good tracks thru that area, got some good battle scars last time I went, some great camp spots next to running creeks too. Zoom in on google earth in that area.
Give me call 0438453355 maybe a few of us PP's can make a trip of it.
