Uluru and Great Central Rd

I wanted to make myself available for anyone who is planning on heading to Yulara or down the Great Central Rd.

I live at Docker River (on the great central rd) and know this part of the country quite well. There is plenty of information out there however if you cant find what your looking for or just want some advice please feel free to flick me some questions. I would be happy knowing I helped some people have a better trip.

I will be coming through that area in August this year, driving a support vehicle for http://www.chadschallenge.com.au/ .
Whats the usual condition of The Great Central rd and i take it there are places to set up camp in the area. At the moment there is 3 support vehicles ( all Towing trailers ) and a off road buggy. Check the web site out and come and say gidday if you see us. I will be in the prado 120. Should in that area around the 24th August.
