Cape york and kids

Morning all, I just want to pose a question for you to possibly help me with. Id like to get to the cape next yr but the wife thinks our youngest (3) might be a little young??

We took our kids to the cape when they were 6 and 8. Lots of others had younger ones as well.
Only advise i can give is don't let them play on the waters edge.

My daughter was 18 months she had a ball.

My boys were 4 and 7 when we went last year and they had a ball. We had an ipad in the car for movies during the boring bits though.
