Crammy .... I luv those BFG's. This sort of mud was where I thought they would struggle ..... but they certainly held their own. I s'pose part of it comes down to how quickly the V6 can clear the mud out of the treads ..... and deposit it semi-permanently inside the wheel arches.
I did have them down to 16 psi for the really soft stuff ..... and I now have a slow leak in the left front ... which seems to be coming from the outside bead. My guess is .... at that low pressure ... I've forced some crap into the bead. Time to drop it into the tyre place and get them to re-seat the tyre.
Its now been 24 hours since we returned home .... and I have finally gotten most of the mud off the outside and out from the wheel arches ..... and that's after 2 visits to the pressure washer.
Its certainly a bit cleaner now ....

The car is still about 50 Kg heavier than usual ..... and most of that is tucked up in all those odd hard-to-reach places under the car
... but it did help with top-dressing the front lawn ...
