well i just finished washing up and i'm happy to say i had a great time today, and meeting everybody for the first time was awesome! i don't know what i enjoyed more, the drive or the sitting around, while every told their funny stories over a few brews. had me in stitches. Hannah and i can't wait till the next one. hopefully have a lift by then.

Thanks for the great day out everyone, throughly enjoyed my first PP trip!

Was great to meet you all finally! Was a great day out, throughly enjoyed the drive (Has been a while through that area) and then lunch at Quindanning. Not bad considering 18 vehicles piled in at the same time! =)

Thanks to all for a very enjoyable day, especially to Chippy for the Wonderful leadership!!!! Was that him who took off like a bat out of hell to beat the other mottely crew to the pub, not a care for the us slow coaches who go stuck behind those bandits. I must admit that he then did feel sorry for the rest of us. Let the bandits pass and join the rest of the crew. I'm with Adrian a lift of the front end is the next item on the agenda for me. Once again great to meet all the names from the PP

Thanks Ken .... but its easy leading a trip with a crew like today's.

I loved that we could hold a NATIONAL get-together early in the year ..... with representatives from NSW and VIC. :lol:

I left Andre in charge of taking pics .... and I think I might get one useable pic of the day

Hey Glenn, yea we are about 6 months, 30,000kms, a 2" lift, some bigger tyres, and a lot of long dusty dirt roads blasting the prado from home..

Seen some pretty wicked stuff, road trains bogged, recovered a nissan 200kms :roll: , tested out the maxtrax in a rest area ops: , and believe I had our "house" on two wheels for the first time yesterday... a lonnng instant which is apparenly why Holly needed the toilet stop soon after... and I believe I have made it 2 from 2 at getting tools out at pp outings... BTW: Can anyone give me any ideas on where to go or what to see in Esperance?
Never been and headed there in April via Hyden (Wave Rock) then home via Kal.
