Bluetooth is built into the head unit, pair your phone to the unit and away you go. The red and green phone buttons are how you make/answer calls. The mic is built into the unit so no external mic required either.

Any ideas if this module would work/fit in a Prado 90 series? ...the Bluetooth feature and the lot?

I don't know what the dash looks like on a 90 so couldn't say.
